Yin + Soundbath is a restorative yin rooted class. In this 60 minute class, we will passively 'stretch' using the assistance of props (blankets, blocks, bolsters) to aid in opening up the fascia or connective tissue that house our muscles.

Poses will be held anywhere between 30 seconds to 5 minutes. Our main goal every time we meet, is to simply relax the physical body and focus on your breathing. During various points of class, I will play crystal or Tibetian singing bowls or a steel tongue drum.
