You’ll be immersed in the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls and will move through guided meditation, movement, breath work and journal reflection. The pink moon is one of the most anticipated celestial events of the year, and for good reason. This powerful full moon lunar event promises to deliver a potent dose of transformation, spiritual growth, and sensual pleasure as we celebrate the arrival of spring. The pink moon is a time to shed old skin and emerge as a more empowered and authentic version of yourself. You will need a comfy & quiet place to view, a journal or notebook and optional headphones, for better listening quality.
