Full Pink Moon Soundbath Ceremony

A sacred ceremony to set intentions, release unwanted energy, and connect to the transformative energy of the full moon in community. You’ll be immersed in the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls and will move through guided meditation, movement, breath work and journal reflection. The pink moon is one of the most anticipated celestial events of the year, and for good reason. This powerful full moon lunar event promises to deliver a potent dose of transformation, spiritual growth, and sensual pleasure as we celebrate the arrival of spring. The pink moon is a time to shed old skin and emerge as a more empowered and authentic version of yourself. If you are called to, please come prepared to share something that you’d like to release in the coming cycle.

You will need a comfy & quiet place to view, a journal or notebook and optional headphones, for better listening quality.

This month’s workshop will be a hybrid (not in person, both live through Zoom and pre-recorded) session. Links to the opening & closing soundbaths and the Zoom meeting link will be emailed to you within 24 hours of the start of class.

Bitchcravt Circle Live from Costa Rica - March 2022

Bitchcravt Circle Live from Costa Rica - March 2022

Have you ever gotten so pissed off at something/someone but felt it was not your place to say anything? Or do you just want to vent your frustrations about your partner/kids, but feel you'll be judged for what you'll say... Do you hold your feelings in and front a happy façade?  Is your motto, fake it till you make it, but you never 'make it'?

For the past 2 years, I've been playing with the idea of holding a space for people to release their burdens without the fear of judgement.  But I wanted it to be more than that.  And now it will be.

This was born after chatting with a long time friend and they had a hard time expressing their frustrations with their kid, because they thought I would judge them.  They held everything in because they'd been judged in the past for simply being human and needing to express a human feeling.  And let me tell you, they were holding in SO much. But we talked, and talked and talked. And I listened. I didn’t offer an opinion or any advice. I just let them talk and be heard. Afterwards,  I suggested that they treated themselves to some ice cream and a dance party to seal in those happy feelings. If those frustrations came up again, (cause you know, kids) not to dwell on them. Recognize the feelings for what they are, but remember that they do not hold power over your happiness  A few days later, when we chatted, you could hear the cheer in their voice.

I want to recreate that for more people. Most of us want to be heard, especially when we are hurting or frustrated. We live in a world where we are taught to only express the positive, and that leaves us isolated by the negative thoughts in their head.  I'd like to offer a place where there's space for the negativity.

In my monthly Bitchcravt Circles, we meet with a common goal.  To release what has been frustrating/angering/annoying us over the last months/years, verbally, through physical exertion/activity and spiritually. What does Bitchcravt mean? I define it as such: to ‘bitch’, complain or vent in a structured or ritualistic way, as a form of release.

To give you an idea on what these 1 - 2.25 hr circles will look like:

  • Once we get settled, everyone will have the opportunity to vent as much as they need (bring a journal if you need to touch on a lot of things)

  • I then cleanse space and ourselves

  • We snack and socialize

  • Monthly Release activity (rage room, paint and sip, yoga, etc.)

  • Mediation + Soundbath

  • We end the circle by each naming 5 things in our lives we are grateful for

  • Farewells & Gifts (I make you something in advance each month to aid in you finding + maintaining your peace)

Each circle will be in a place that's close to the activity of the month, if the activity isn't on site (most will be).  Bitchcravt Circles are open to non men and ALL LGBTQ+ fam. My next circle will be Friday, March 18th, 2022 at 8:30 pm.

We will be meeting virtually, as I livestream this circle from my Costa Rica retreat. We will meet for an hour and fifteen approximately.

Cost is $23 for this circle. You will need a notebook, pen, pillow and optional blanket.
