    • Restorative Yoga involves holding poses for extended periods, often supported by props, to promote deep rest and healing. It activates the parasympathetic nervous system, which helps reduce stress, lower blood pressure, and enhance overall well-being.

    • Yin Yoga targets the deeper connective tissues, such as ligaments and fascia, by holding poses for several minutes. This practice improves flexibility, increases circulation in the joints, and encourages a meditative state of mind.

  • Nature Walks/Forest Bathing offers powerful benefits for rest and relaxation. Immersing yourself in natural surroundings helps to reduce stress, lower cortisol levels, and calm the mind.   • Herbal Tea Blending for Deep Rest & Relaxation - Discover the art of intentional tea blending in this hands-on workshop, where you’ll craft your own soothing herbal infusions designed to ease stress and promote restful sleep. Guided by the wisdom of nature, you’ll explore calming herbs like chamomile, lavender, and valerian, learning how to combine them for maximum relaxation. Hi, I’m Randi. Tranquil Nights was born from a deep desire to create a sanctuary for rest, healing, and renewal. After over 10 years of guiding high-energy practices, I felt called to offer something more—a space where we could slow down, listen to our bodies, and truly restore.

Through conversations with my community, I heard the struggles, the sleepless nights, the longing for balance, and the need for deeper self-care. Tranquil Nights is the answer to that call—a retreat crafted with intention, where every practice has been thoughtfully chosen and time-tested to support real transformation.
