With over 700+ hours of training in various types of yoga, I bring to you my vast knowledge of something I love. The journey of finding oneself through yoga, mindfulness and movement is one of the most enriching. Even if you are looking simply to improve your health/fitness, yoga will give you that and much more.
I can provide yoga blocks, music, weights (for YogaWerk) and yoga mats (if needed, must be informed of amount needed in advance). We will discuss your personal (or group's) fitness/health goals, any injuries or restrictions and I will create an ever-changing class that will set you up for not only results, but continued success and growth. Aromatherapy can be provided as well, to aid in the mind and body connection, upon request.
